In addition to Cerberus #2 there was also a mini called Leftovers (early to mid '80s, I think) by Andy Nukes -- although he may have been credited as Meher Dada, I'm not sure.

St. Ink was an anthology published by Pshaw. I don't think I've seen the first two so I'm not sure who's in 'em but you can check out the fifth issue on this page:
