Inner City Romance #4 - Errata

As I check and double-check stuff, I saw something that doesn't make any sense to me.

Inner City Romance #4 is one of those.  According to the Kennedy Guide, the publishing date is (Jan) 1977.  However, the story is related to an eviction incident that happened on August 4th, 1977.  The indicia at the bottom of page 2 only indicates that it is copyright by Guy Colwell, 1977.

This, obviously, cannot be.  Feels like a typo to me.  Since Inner City Romance #5 was published in February 1979, it would seem to me that #4 should actually be January 1978.

That's just a guess on my part.
