The Irregular Quarterly

I added this to the Wiki.  It's not a Underground Comix but is related.  I'll post scans when it arrives.  It states III:II on the cover, so I believe it's Vol. 3 No. 2 but I couldn't find any others.  This one has Branaman cartoons in it similar to Robert Ronnie Branaman and Momma-Daddie.  It's from 1986 by Dion Wright.
