hello guys...
what do you think:
i got a copy of skull comics 2 with the "Shattuck Sq. address" on the ifc (1st and 2nd print).
BUT at the backcover, the "Post Office Box 212" is also censored like at the 5th printing (JK 4th).

What The Fuck ?!?!?

What bugs me is that the blackout is a diffrent shape from my copy.
Which means it's not just a diffrent printing, but also a diffrent plate to print it.
That screws my theory that the blackout was an accedent. :icon_toilet:

My brain hurts.   :BangHead:
I can't see any logic in the printing order anymore.

Please tell me the blackout on your copy was done with a marker, not printed that way.

50Cent #II (1st print)

Also, can you see the address under the blackout?

pupirse

it is not marked with somthing like a edding pen...
it is printed in one row... (Sorry, my english  is not the best)
you also can not see the adress under the blackout...
here is a better scan of the blackout

Also note that the blackout is too small to cover the Shattuck Sq. address.  :BangHead:

Would they take the time to do a single plate that just blocked out the words and make a black ink run only of preprinted covers just to block the P.O. Box listing? As a seller, they would not want to miss an order. I've wondered about that over the years in Lost Cause Comixs as I let our P.O. Box go years back.
Read Lost Cause Comix-
"Underground at it's Deepest"

In my opinion, i would say no.
If they did you could tell it was overprinted.
Price changes were a similar situation, and they used stickers for that.
Shattuck Sq. was the original address, "Post Office Box 212" is the new.
As i said above, the blackout is too small to cover the old address.
So what was the point of covering up "POB 212" ? ?

I'm beggining to hate this book.

The Post Offal does their best to forward stuff when you close your box.
(let's not quibble about if their best is good enough)
As a business you would want to file a Change Of Address form, and try not to worry about it.
