Looks actually pretty decent. I can't find the old thread regarding this title, but I think there was 2 issues (was there 2 cover variants for the first issue?). It's from Oct. 1991 and I think #2 was Dec. 1991 (is this the one with a Mickey Mouse looking character on the cover?).
It's described as "Eric Gnoeff was just such a creator and his subversive book, influenced by American underground comics of the 70's and a lifetime spent behind the iron curtain, Rectum Errrectum became the 1st Russian comic ever printed in America."
Also interesting reading up on this title was that the title Verotik #4 was banned in Oklahoma as obscene and child porn (or something like that). Wasn't aware of that.
I'm pretty sure I created the thread you're referring to. The other cover was of Mickey Mouse with a Donald Duck neck and head coming out of his pants like a penis. I can scan it in, if you'd like.

Yeah, that was the cover I wanted, when I ordered it from Mile High, I got the one with the cover that 50 has. I was kind of disappointed.
I think that was issue #2 with Mickey Mouse
I'll have to dig it out.
Edit: Nope, it's #1. Here you go.
