I don't have a copy, but I know of the boxed set, besides, Stout dated the cover.

I'd like to have that just for the comics (lots of cartoonists contributed to it).

I want it, too, but I'm loathe to cough up $50 for the whole set. If it were 30 years old, perhaps.
