Anyone have a list of dates of this paper? Wondering how long it went for (started in 1979) and which issues featured R. Crumb work? (I know he did the covers for Vol. II, No 4, 5, 6 from Oct., Nov., Dec. 1980).

i got some coverscans from the odds and ends book:
vol II, no. 1,2,4,6,7,9
vol III, no. 1

crumb did also the covers from:

there are reprinted in the odds and ends book
