my zap 4 doesn´t has it.

but are they printed in the usa and published in the netherlands?

I don't know, I would assume they were printed in the Netherlands.

If it was printed outside the Netherlands, it will probably say where.
For import & costum regs, :police: printed materials imported into the US have to say where they were printed.
Imports into the Netherlands probably need the same.
For example Hearold Hedd 1 - 1st prints origionally sold here in the US, have "printed in Canada" rubber stamped on them.
