A nice Corben page, calling Dr. S...
This is weird, I thought I responded. In any case the Eerie character is cool, but my wife ain't going to let me hang up pictures of roaches. We already have enough (see Joe's Apartment). Beside, no ladies with big tits in the picture.

I really like the Larry Todd a lot but it looks a little beat.

A Vaughn Bode original cover for sale on abe for $850, but oddly these aren't the same piece.

That's because he is selling a rough. You guessed it, I got the original. $100 bucks at the time. Mark still remembers it fron when he was over the house long long ago.
Bode also did some tryout covers for Galaxy. I heard he submitted to them prior to working for them, presumably with his resume and application. I have one of these originals, myself. the work and layout resemble the work on the right. I had no idea any of them came to fruition, as this one obviously did. And I never found that issue pictured...
So preliminary is correct, but not only preliminary to painting the cover. Preliminary to his working for Galaxy. Info provided me by Don Phelps, who's info I regard highly.
Very nice and very early G. Shelton Wonder Wart-Hog.
