Comixene (German) with at least 69 issues.
Is this the magazine you're referring to: http://www.comixene.de/ (http://www.comixene.de/)? If so, there seems to be tons of coverage for Marvel (even Disney) throughout its life. I'm wouldn't be too eager to add this.

I saw this cover and figured it wasn't mainstream...

It's relative. I'm sure that's mainstream by German standards, but still, if they have Donald Duck and Spider-Man on other covers, it'd be hard to justify the whole run.
its a magazin about comics. every issue got one main-topic. it also include reports, news and backgrounds about comics generaly. it included also some comics like "Professor Plamboom" from Dick Briel or Sirou and Fantasio.
there is also one underground issue nr. 29
I would suggest listing only the pertinent issues, as would be the case with men's magazines featuring underground content.
