It's nice to see Jacques given some attention. I love his work and that comic. I got a copy from Donahue a couple of years ago for around $10 and when I opened it up I found a handwritten letter from Jacques to Bob Sidebottom, trying to get him interested in buying copies for his shop. What a serendipitous find, eh?

Ha! Here's one that was hiding from me. This isn't that big of a deal, but still kind of nice; a letter from Jerome Schiller, publisher of Peer Pressure (#1500 in Kennedy). The recipient's name has been blocked out to protect the innocent and such:
