This one arrived today (finally won a copy), it's a U.K. printed (Mad Love) mag. sized soft-cover book from Oct. 1988, that could probably be Ug related.
Looks like characters from the Hernandez Bros. Love and Rockets on the back cover.
I think it was published by Alan Moore's short lived company in response to some kind of anti-gay laws that were being considered in the UK. I bought it when it first came out, remember reading it, and then filing it away in one of the many boxes. Has it become somewhat collectible...based on your statement that you 'finally' won one?
Yes, it's Moore's. I don't know if it's very collectible, does contain Speigelman art. I've been bidding on them each time they show up on eBay about $10 for a few months and always loose, but I think this was Buy It Now.
