Was looking through my copies of Promethean Enterprises #3 and found that one had normal staples and two had heavier staples. Oddly the one without the heavier staples (square) has a thicker cover stock than the other 2 with the heavier staples. I suspect there was more than one printing now.
When I was looking through the two copies with the thinner cover stock than the other one, I find in one of them (the lowest grade copy) a black page that isn't in the other copies. It's not bound it, so I pull it out and see this copy probably came from London. (Summer of 1976, I believe)
Do you think that's some kind of flyer that was laid in or do you suppose it was a special edition of Promethian created for that show? Very curious, and nice score indeed! Kudos!
My guess would be that someone purchased a copy of it (that Rick probably brought with him?) at the Art Exhibition at the RoundHouse or brought it with them hoping to get it signed (but I couldn't find a signature). Do I think it was a special edition for the show? No, since it's the same thinner cover stock as my Weist copy I bought.
My guess is someone just put that inside there and forgot it was there.
