Print Page - Foo #2 Printings

Does anyone know if there were multiple printings of the Foo's, other than the Bijou reprints in 1980. Legend (Bruce Semans) has it that Crumb did up some copies for a collector in the 1960's and that this looks different than his copy. Can anyone shed some light. Here's the front & back covers.

Marty Pahls, who lived in Chicago at the time, had issues #2 and 3. He may have made xerox copies for one or two collectors back then. I hadda borrow a copy of #1 from Mike Britt to reprint from...and I borrowed Marty's copies of ish 2 and 3 to reprint from.
