It's Rosenkranz early book that turned into his current Rebel Visions.  The more correct term is the Netherlands, but Holland works too.

Hey, would you mind explaining that to me? I've wondered about it but have never looked into it. Does the Netherlands encompass more than just Holland? I know I should know this but I'm an American, what can I say...

50Cent #II (1st print)

Holland is actually an area in the western part of the Netherlands (I believe divided into North and South now), but over time the name Holland has become associated with the entire country.  It's been commonly used for the whole country for a long time now, but the true correct name for the entire country is the Netherlands.

Sorta like the term America.
America is more than the U.S.
I've got Canadian friends who get ticked off when i talk about American comics and Canadian comics in the same sentance.
