How do you tell the difference between 1st and other prints of this?  Mine has a cover price of $2.50, but the ones I see on ebay have a $4.95 price.  I'd be interested in values too.

Hmm.  I'll have to check mine tonight and the FUG.  I've got a $1.50 cover price.  I see that the Wiki entry for Underground Classics #1, Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers No. 0 has a cover price of $2.95.

Sure seems like multiple printings to me.

Underground Classics #1 (1st print) is $1.50 (correctly listed in FUG), then the 2nd and later prints are listed under Freak Brothers #0.  A $4.95 cover price version would probably be a 7th print if there is a $2.50 cover price version.

I update just the cover price on the Wiki, but not sure it's the correct format so please correct if necessary.

Haha, 2 guys in a bidding war over a 6th print with a price sticker on the cover... These are not true UG collectors or they would know it's a common and I'm suspect on their motives.

Don't forget, there was also a British printing (Knockabout) with a £1.99 cover. It was published in '92, or so.

i just picked up the current printing (4.95) for cover at last gasp's website.  i was able to the whole freak brothers run #0-13 for current cover and Zap Comix #4, 6-15 all for around $110 for a set of homegrown hardcovers that i am putting together.  i am excited. 

man i love the UG Classics series.  there was a time on eBay where Koch was rolling out UG Classics #12 (1st)- Shelton in 3D 5 for $9.99 from their warehouse.    aww the days before all the riff raff were about

I'd be interested in values too.

#0 1st is $15-25, more for HG
#0 2nd uber HG is $10-12
everything else is $5 b/c u can get current prints for that

Homegrown hardcovers, eh?  Are you following an instructable?  Ever thought about putting one together?

If you can, please photo-document each and every step of the process.  This looks most interesting.  Indeed!

???  i am going to send them away to a place in texas to have them bound.  i will whip up some text for the binding and perhaps create/print a color dustjacket.  i am not certain if i will create a cover die or anything like that.
