The Snatch Sampler

I'm trying to track down a story that is in The Snatch Sampler.  Normally, I would assume that all the stories in this book are from the Snatch Comics.  There is a story in here on page b5 (it's a double-sided book) called "The Hard Guy" by James Osborne in 1977.

Where did this story originate from?  I can't find it in any of the Snatch Comics, Jiz, or Felch.

Wasn't there a story from Sleazy Scandals of the Silver Screen in the Snatch Sampler?
