Poor Farm #1, 2, 3, Cookbook

This one arrived today, not in great condition but who's complaining (Doc, you ain't the only one to have one now...)



Along with nice copies of #2 and 3 (scans for the Wiki)
Doc., you might have to add Poor Farm #1 back to your list.  This is the information I've received regarding #1 (allegedly only 157 copies were printed in 1974).
There is a drawing of the cover of #1 with a 50cent cover price on the ibc of #3.

Way cool. I have PF #2 but had never seen a #1 and did not know that #3 existed.

I know the artist and can confirm that #1 was a spoof. He and Michael Langevin, the publisher, were in on the joke together.

They went through quite a ruse, a letter from 1981.

Yeah, they did. I have a letter from Joe where he talks about how he and Michael used to laugh when people would inquire about it. I'll tell you what, if you really believe it exists, I'll give you $1,000 if you find me a copy.
