50Cent #II (1st print)

Thought I would start a thread listing the checklists available.

Of course we have 3 price guides, the Kennedy (HC & SC), Weist (HC? & SC) and Fogel (2 covers) and the Illustrated Checklist to Underground Comix and it's predecessor Shelby Kirch's Underground Checklist (would love to see a pic. of this one if anyone has one), and Geerdes' The Collectors Guide to Underground Comix (need to get me a copy of this) as well as Prelude to a Price Guide: Underground Comix and MiniComix by Bruce Chrislip.  Dez Skinn's book Comix  The Underground Revolution (HC & SC) has a short checklist in the back of book as well as Patrick Rosenkranz Artsy Fartsy Funnies.  Also found in the back of California Comics #2 and 3 is an index.  And for U.K. Comix we had Mal Burns Comix Index and there is also a U.K. checklist in the back of Huxley's book Nasty Tales.

For individual artists we have:

R. Crumb
1. R. Crumb Checklist (HC & SC)
2. The R. Crumb Checklist 2 in CounterMedia #Winter, 1991-1992 (in CounterMedia #4 (Fall, 1990) in the Letters section there is mention of a R. Crumb Checklist in the Spring 1990 issue and lists a few updates to it by Ted Meeker of San Diego, CA.  But since I believe it's been revealed that CounterMedia started with issue #4? This could be part of a ruse.)  R. Crumb checklist continues in CounterMedia (Spring, 1992), cont. in CounterMedia #7 (Winter, 1992/1993).
3. Crumb-Ology
4. Crumb-Ology Supplement

Art Speigelman
1. CounterMedia #4 (Fall, 1990), #5 (Summer, 1991), cont. in (Spring, 1992), cont. in #7 (Winter, 1992/1993)

Richard Corben
1. (Complete Corben website)

Jaxon
1. http://www.tcj.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=409&Itemid=48

Rick Griffin
(Album covers) 1. CounterMedia #5 (Summer, 1991), cont. in (Spring 1992)
(Posters) 2. CounterMedia (Spring, 1992)
(Magazines) 3. CounterMedia #7 (Winter, 1992/1993)

Greg Irons
1. CounterMedia (Spring, 1992), cont. in #7 (Winter, 1992/1993)

Justin Green
1. CounterMedia #7 (Winter, 1992/1993)

What other Ug-C Checklists are there out there?

Reverend

There's a HC version of Skinn's book, too.

Ack! No, Dez Skinn's Comix, not Mal Burns' Comix Index. That's just an A4-size magazine.

Anyone heard of "Underground Comic Books" by Clay Geerdes?  There's a reference to this in Don Fiene's R. Crumb Checklist.

Don't forget the Corben checklist on the Complete Corben site.

Thanks to Patrick, I've got a few more to add, including the Jaxon, Griffin, Irons & Green.

On the mini side of things:

The Collectors Guide to Newave Comix (pub. by Clay Geerdes, 1981) - a checklist if sorts with full-page ads created by each artist and, as I recall, complete lists of what they had in print at the time

Comix Wave Index 1983-1993 by Gary Usher (pub. by Steve Willis, 1994)

Clark Dissmeyer Bibliography 1980-1993 by Gary Usher and Marc Myers (pub. by Steve Willis, 1994)

Cascade Comix Monthly Index 1978-1981 by Gary Usher (pub. by Steve Willis, 1994)

The Brad W. Foster Checklist: Works in Print 1972-1994 by Gary Usher (pub. by Steve Willis, 1995)

The Brad W. Foster Checklist of Published Works From the 20th Century by Steven Ogden (pub. ????). I believe this is the online version: http://jabberwockygraphix.com/inprint.html

And, of course, I'm trying to keep adding mini-related reference to my own site.

Don't forget the Michael Roden Catalog on Dale Lee Coovert's site: http://homepage.mac.com/dalecoovert/index2.html.

Reverend

This is a link to the aforementioned Corben site: http://www.corbenstudios.com/.

Not a UG artist, but if you're a fan of Dave Stevens like I am then here's a checklist site for his work.

While the Corben studio is great, it is not the check list site. This is the connection
