Gone through the rest of them and only found two others on your list that I have in nice condition.  Dr. Atomic #2 (1st print) and Freak Brothers #10 ($2.25 cover 1st print).  I'll post scans later today.

OK the FB #10 (1st print with $2.25 cover and address in black, I don't know which address they are referring to as being in color on the 2nd print as I don't have a 2nd print to compare it to, but there are none in color as far as I can tell on this issue) looks to be in high grade at approx. 9.4.
Dr. Atomic #2 (1st print) is a nice approx. 8.0 in glossy condition with white to off white paper.
The 2 Bit #7 is in fine condition, estimated 7.0 with off-white paper but has a faint area on spine that looks like very light moisture damage.
The Sunday Paper #5 is in VERY HIGH GRADE at estimated 9.6 with white paper, can't imagine a finer example out there.

The Freak Brothers #10 you have scanned is a 1st printing, because it has the San Francisco, CA address on the back, the 2nd printing has an Auburn, CA address on the back. We discussed this book in the reprint tells section. The thing about "color" refers to the guts of the book being color, as later editions were black and white.

Great!  I just sold and packaged up my only copy of the 1st print, just checked my personal copy and it's a 2nd print.  Oh well...

I've got a copy of Comix Wave #5 up on eBay right now. It contains what would've been the second volume of Geerdes' guide. I can't remember if you were wanting that one or if you already have it but figured I should mention it just in case...
