$10 is about right if not high. They should be at the San Diego con around last gasp's table. Fogel was selling them for Shary a year ago in NY. She would auto graph for you.

They seemed to be pretty common a few years ago.  I think Don Donahue had a mess of them that he used to sell pretty inexpensively.  I think I bought my copy from him in the mid to late 90's.

Yeah, I picked mine up from Don and as far as I know, he still has them. They're listed at $4 in NM in the newest version of his catalog that I have.
