OK, I had to do a Google search on that term since I didn't know what the hell a Tardis was but Wikipedia tells me it's a kind of time machine in the Dr. Who series, which I've never really watched so don't know much about it.  I recall that it used to be called Dr. Who & the Daleks but it seems like the Daleks have been dropped from the current version.  Did they finally get defeated or something?

Ah... Yes,  No, Maybe.

They were finaly, totally, forever and always, defeated in the "time war". Throughout all time, past, present, and future.

But they've been back twice since.
