Ebay policy driving me nutz...

so I guess it's time to let everyone know that is impossible for me to list on Ebay the nice  first print of  JIZ.

First, it rejected the lot listing in the comix section.
Next, when I tried to list it in Mature, Ebay made me redo the entire listing, again, because I wouldn't be allowed to use PayPals name in the auction.  Or use their services for payment.  wtf is that about?...that is a new one on me
Then when I deleted all references to PayPal from the auction, they rejected the lot for the third time...even though both previous rejections declared that I could successfully list in Mature.  This time because of the nasty 'poo-poo' word: Jiz.
Then I tried to list it like I did the Cunt Comics...with partial photo and name removed from the lot description.  Ya'll would know what it was.
I was immediately scolded, and warned that if I list that item I would be further chastized and removed from the Ebay community.
What a bunch of friendly souls.  This is concurrent with my being scammed by Spaniards filing claims on 'lost' items and getting PayPal to side with them even though they have 30 positives/ 50 tranactions and unconfirmed addresses, versus my 1300 positives/2500 transactions and huge client of PayPal. 
Arg!

So. Is this the appropriate section to solicit offers for my very nice Jiz #1 first?

Two things:
One, the rules are simple in that you have to list a price and condition as well as fair shipping fees and where you ship to.
Two, dealers listings aren't allowed without approval from CJ (I think you might need to make a deal with him).
So, it's not up to me and currently not allowed without approval, but if it were up to me and since we all know your quality products I wouldn't mind.  PM CJ and see what you can agree on.

This is not an auction site, if you want to list it with a price go right ahead otherwise maybe try Hertiage.

It's hit and miss for some of the more blatantly raunchy items. I never list in the adult section because of all of the associated problems, some of which you mentioned. Here are some of the things I've done and - with one exception - nothing has been flagged.

Big Ass - painted out an "s" in Ass on the cover image, also listed it as Big As*. No biggie, since R. Crumb was mentioned in title and that's the most important thing.  Similarly with C*nt.

Your Hytone. Painted out the penis on the cover image.

I didn't have a problem when I listed Jiz or Snatches.

The exception: Legion of Charlies, believe it or not. "Your auction contained a Charles Manson comic book, which is not allowed on eBay.  Therefore, we have ended this auction and all fees have been credited to your account.  eBay has always exercised judgment in allowing or disallowing certain listings consistent with the spirit of a worldwide community. Therefore, eBay will judiciously disallow listings or items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, or racial intolerance." Glorifying hatred? Gimmeabreak. It's an anti-violence comix that related Manson violence to the Vietnam War!

Anyway, most of the stuff gets pulled because of overzealous users of eBay reporting the item. Some folks have nothing better to do, I guess.
