high grade, sleight print lines on some, but not all, pages and guts extend sleightly beyond covers at top and side. 
I purchased this as a first from very reputable long-time collector.  Near museum quality & virtually unimproveable.

Even though I sell on Ebay, and go to a few shows, I am certainly no longer a dealer.  I still purchase stuff for my active collections, but I am a semi-retired/semi-unemployed old hippy with nothing better to do with my time than to sell off all the items that were my lifework of collecting.  I got no wife to pass them to..the ex cared naught for my stuff.  My daughter & son in law aren't fans either, so they're not gettin' my stuff.  My grandbabies will be the designated caretakers of everything that I don't or cannot sell.  Everything will be offered sooner or later.  Everything.

I'll leave all sales decisions regarding this subject to the site gurus.  I don't want to do anything in error here.  Jerk this thread if  it violates site policy.
