First (and only?) edition was limited to 1,000 copies and featured stories originally printed in Fantastic Magazine from 1969 to 1976.  Seems these only go for about $10...

Trina illustrated more for Lupoff later too. His 1988 book The Comic Book Killer included a faux Golden Age comic book (ed. of 500) in its limited edition slipcased version. The comics are drawn by Trina and Steve Leialoha.
