Laugh in the Dark

I wasn't aware of this, but in an article titled "It's Only A Comic Book" by Clay Geerdes in the 27 Oct. 1972 issue of The Staff, he mentions that Laugh in the Dark is actually Bogeyman #4.  Anyone else know this.  I know that Tortoise and the Hare is Air Pirates #3, but didn't know this...
