Says “November 1949” on front cover. (not true)
Only two versions - yellow shorts or red shorts
It is unknown which came first. Other reported variations are just sloppy presswork.
Too heavy on black ink caused gun to fill-in on some copies, too light on red ink made sun and pants to look orange on some copies.
