Thanks for posting those... I'm not familiar with the Staff and haven't noticed any in Clay's stash. I'll have to keep an eye out for them in the future.

Re: the Staff

In issue #60 (27 Oct. 1972), he has an article titled "It's Only A Comic Book" (p. 22-23). By the way, the cover is great, looks like Corben with a little Giger, can't read the signature but it appears to maybe be "R. Bertrand"?  Anyone know more about his art?

If you're going to look for the Staff Underground Newspapers, it was located in Hollywood and printed in Riverside, CA.  Editor was Brian Kirby, "Produced by the former staff of the LOS ANGELES FREE PRESS".  Issue #1 (Sept. 10, 1971) states Inside: Gilbert Shelton (so I would assume with his art and or an article).

Looks like Geerdes did one called "Women's Lib Comix" before the 3 Nov. 1972 issue (#61) because there is a reader's response to it printed in that issue regarding the story on Tits and Clits Comix.

Last Nasty Tales #1 to finish the set...

I've got an extra #2 if you want it for $25.  But I thought you said you only need #7 last time, which is the only other one I have an extra of.

Bringthem to San Diego and we can wheel and deal. Also the extra children of god if you haven't sold them. (What shape are the 2 and 7?) I thought I had one from my list, but this is a cover that I never saw. The Nasty Tales I have listed in my collection file has no # so I assume it was 1, probably a book or something like the trials.

Nasty Tales #1 can be tough to find. I paid around $40 for a group of three comics that had the issue in it (the other two were commons), just to get it.

Not Undergound but I thought this was a nice win.

Car Toons #1 (Pete Millar, 1959)
value not listed in Overstreet

Another non-comix, but comix related item...

Now, Now (1965) by Charles Plymell with a R. Branaman cover.

But 30 euros (almost $50) to ship???

#205
After not receiving my 75 years of Comics from Albert Morse's wife, I contacted her and let he know it never arrived.  She said she would ship out another one, and it arrived today.

Inside I found this:
Anyone know any info about this???

It's from 1974 by Gary Hallgren, didn't recognize the name but see in the JK that he's done quite a bit of Ug Comix art.

He was one of the Air Pirates, I think. I know he did the Tortoise and the Hare book.
